CRITICAL CARE NURSE PRACTITIONER

Responsibilities:
· Obtain comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations
· Initiate, request and/or perform laboratory, radiological and diagnostic testing
· Implement treatment plans that have been reviewed and approved by the supervising physician
· Monitor effectiveness of therapeutic interventions
· Provide patient and family counseling and education
· Administer medication with the guidance of the supervising physician
· Coordinate patient discharges
· Assist resident with their duties as needed
Qualifications:
· Masters degree in Nursing or related field required
· Current Ohio Nursing License required
